Shipping Policy

Available shipping methods, rates and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout based on the order and destination. We do not promise a storewide free-shipping threshold unless it is displayed at checkout.

Order handling

Orders are prepared after payment and order details are verified. Product-specific handling information is shown on the product page when it has been confirmed. Items in one order may ship separately.

Tracking and delivery

When tracking is available, it is sent after dispatch. Carrier estimates are not guarantees and delays can occur because of weather, customs, carrier capacity or other events outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs correction; changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins.

International orders

Import duties, taxes or local fees may apply and are determined by the destination authorities. Any charges shown at checkout are part of the order total; charges not collected at checkout may be due on delivery.
