Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene and quality reasons, earrings and customized items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
